TYPES AND CRITERIA
– MEMBERSHIPS –
1) FULL MEMBERSHIP
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, shall meet all condition stated in articles of constitution and has all rights: voting, participating.
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, shall pay an annual Membership Fee
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, shall have the user rights to attend the General assembly meetings and voting on decisions, and has the right to nominate himself for the membership of council one year after date of joining the association.
2) ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, shall meet all condition stated in articles of constitution.
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, shall pay an annual Membership Fee
– An Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, who meets the conditions stated in constitution and has all the rights except voting, electing or running for office.
3) HONARARY MEMBERSHIP
– Honorary Membership shall be awarded to outstanding Individual or Head of the Corporate/ Agency, who has contributed largely to the Solar Industry Development and will be willing to give moral and/ or financial support to the Association, or those who are distinguished scholars in science or arts related to Solar economics.
– The Board of Directors can nominate an honorary president after taking general assembly consent.
– The Honorable member shall not participate in any elections. Voting, nominations and running for office.
– S/he will be exempted from registration and membership fees.
